Meatless Monday features an easy homemade Roasted Butternut Squash Soup. Savory butternut squash and sweet apple combine to make this flavorful and creamy vegetable soup.
Slow Cooker Moroccan Chicken will transport you to a faraway place with its warm spices and bursts of sweetness from raisins and brininess from olives.
Ground chicken seasoned with Italian seasoning is shaped into mini burgers and topped with cheese. Chicken Parm Sliders are a fun dinner for a Friday night. Add Baked Sweet Potato Fries and enjoy!
If you are entertaining, or planning your holiday dinner, I've got a menu for you! Start with a Baked Cranberry Brie appetizer and for the main course serve Lemon Herb Cornish Hens from Lisa at Jersey Girls Cooks, Brown Sugar Brussels Sprouts, Cranberry Walnut Salad, Twice Baked Potatoes and homemade Orange Cranberry Sauce, and wow your guests with deliciousness!

Monday
Roasted butternut squash adds caramelized notes and chipotle pepper adds a hint of heat to this homemade creamy soup. Top with homemade croutons for a little crunch!
Tuesday
Cinnamon, cumin and garlic give a layer of seasoning that combines sweet and savory notes, typical of Moroccan cuisine, in this Crockpot Moroccan Chicken recipe.
Wednesday
Ground beef, vegetables, rice and seasonings cook together in one skillet making this an easy-on-the-cook dinner tonight! A sprinkle of cheese on top adds cheesy goodness to this Beef and Rice Dinner.
Thursday
Now that we are just days away from the official start of winter, I'm in full soup season mode and making a thick and hearty Mushroom Barley Soup that will warm the body and the soul.
Friday
Chicken Parm Sliders will make your Friday evening delicious and fun too! Sweet Potato French Fries make a delicious accompaniment.
Dessert of the Week
You're probably asking yourself, is it a dessert or is it really a snack? With cereals coated in white chocolate and holiday candy stirred in, Reindeer Chow definitely counts as a dessert in my book.
Brunch Recipe
There's nothing quite like a piece of Homemade Crumb Cake piled high with buttery crumbs! Add your favorite holiday sprinkles to the cake batter and brunch will be holiday ready!
Sunday Supper
Kick off your holiday dinner party with an elegant Baked Brie. Roasted Cornish Hens from my friend Lisa at Jersey Girl Cooks are the star of the table and Brown Sugar Brussels Sprouts, Cranberry Walnut Salad, Twice Baked Potatoes and Homemade Cranberry Sauce round out the menu.
Drink
Pomegranate Bourbon Punch will be your signature holiday cocktail this season. Fill a pitcher with two juices, Bourbon and a hint of vanilla topped off with bubbly ginger ale. Garnish with orange slices and pomegranate seeds!
Bonus Recipe
Holiday baking has arrived and White Chocolate Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies are on the list. Add sparkle and flavor to your holiday baking with this easy cookie recipe.
