Each meal plan is filled with recipe suggestions for five easy weekday meals, a dessert of the week along with a brunch recipe, Sunday supper and a beverage too!
This week kicks off with vegetarian Butternut Squash Mac and Cheese for your Meatless Monday meal.
We're changing up Taco Tuesday this week from the traditional tacos and making mini Taco Meatloaves flavored with taco seasoning and salsa.
Sirloin Steaks with Flavored Butter and Sauteed Mushrooms make for a delicious Sunday Supper and Dirty Shirley Temples will quench your thirst. Make them for the kids too, without alcohol.
Lemon Cheesecake Cupcakes are the finishing touch on this week's meal plan.

Monday

Tuesday
Mini Taco Meatloaves are so much fun to eat! Seasoned with taco seasoning and topped with cheese and salsa, they will quickly become a Taco Tuesday favorite.
Wednesday
Set it and forget it. It's hump day, time to give yourself a break. Salsa Verde Chicken will cook itself for you in the slow cooker tonight. Buy the yellow rice with all the seasonings included at the grocery store for an easy side dish.
Thursday
No need to call for Chinese takeout when you can make Hot and Sour Soup at home with basic kitchen ingredients and in about 30 minutes. Serve with Air Fryer Egg Rolls from Grumpy's Honeybunch.
Friday
Welcome the weekend with a hot sandwich and fries. An Open Faced Reuben and Sweet Potato Fries fit the bill.
