Red White and Blue Cupcakes will round out your holiday menu.
School's open! Some may have already started school and others are starting this week (here in the northeast) so parents will be happy to let the crockpot make dinner tonight. Chicken Enchiladas slow cook to cheesy goodness.
New on the blog this week is another easy dinner recipe that cooks in one skillet. Cheesy Beef and Rice will be on the table quickly and clean up will be easy!
Spatchocok Chicken will be a welcome Sunday supper. Serve with your favorite greens tossed in a Lemon Herb Vinaigrette and a side of sauteed mushrooms.
