These meal plans are here to help you get through the week with as much or as little help as you need.
So now that you know, here's the routine.

Red White and Blue Cupcakes will round out your holiday menu.
School's open! Some may have already started school and others are starting this week (here in the northeast) so parents will be happy to let the crockpot make dinner tonight. Chicken Enchiladas slow cook to cheesy goodness.
New on the blog this week is another easy dinner recipe that cooks in one skillet. Cheesy Beef and Rice will be on the table quickly and clean up will be easy!
And that's not all!

The easy days of summer have ended and homework, sports, dance, and more, make this time of year crazy busy. Crockpot Chicken Enchiladas will help take some of the stress away.
Just add a tossed salad and maybe some garlic bread when you serve this Beef and Rice Skillet dinner. Easy to cook and easy to clean up with just one pot!
Dessert of the Week
I love the end of summer when bumper crops of peaches are available. That's when I'm making Peach Cheesecake Parfaits. Grilled peaches add a delightful flavor to this no-bake dessert.
Chocolate Pancakes are a delicious way to start your day. Oats, banana and cocoa powder make these pancakes gluten free. Serve with fresh berries!
Apple Cider season has arrived so let's put a seasonal spin on this week's happy hour and make a pitcher of Apple Cider Sangria!
