- Combine banana, eggs, oats, cocoa powder and sugar until blended. Let stand for 5 minutes to thicken.
- Spray a large non-stick skillet with non-stick cooking spray and heat the skillet over medium heat.
- Spoon mixture, 2 Tablespoons at a time, onto skillet and cook 1 minute until browned. Turn and cook an additional 1 minute or until cooked through.
