You can make one recipe, two recipes, or make all of the recipes in the weekly meal plan!

This week our printable meal plan includes recipes for Memorial Day too!
With Memorial Day this weekend, I'm including several red white and blue desserts in your meal plan. Cupcakes, cookies and a berry trifle too!
There's nothing quite like a comfort food casserole and Spinach and Squash Enchiladas is just that! A vegetarian casserole made with spinach, squash, quinoa and cheese is sure to please!
Provolone Burgers are seasoned with sundried tomatoes and Italian seasoning. A balsamic ketchup adds to the deliciousness!
A hearty Grilled Eggplant Sandwich flavored with a balsamic vinaigrette is a quick and easy dinner solution. Add in a side dish salad and you're all set!
If you're anything like me, pasta needs to be in every weekly menu lineup and this week's Tortellini Salad fits the bill. Make it with cheese tortellini or even with mini cheese ravioli!

Monday

Tuesday

Tortellini Pasta Salad is a delicious way to have your pasta on a warm evening. Serve it chilled or at room temperature.
Thursday
Instant Pot Cilantro Lime Chicken comes together in just minutes. Serve over rice and add a veggie!
Friday
Eggplant, mozzarella cheese, peppery arugula and fresh basil add summertime flavors to this easy sandwich recipe. Pair it with a fennel and orange salad for a light and delicious dinner.

I love all the fresh fruit of the season and making Cantaloupe Blueberry Salad makes me so happy. Freshly squeezed lime juice and fragrant mint add to the summertime flavors. Delicious for breakfast or brunch.
Sunday Supper
Grill up your favorite, chicken, beef or pork, and slather on the homemade Barbecue Sauce! You won't regret it! Add in a side of Baked Beans With Bacon and enjoy!
Drink
Quench your thirst at happy hour with a glass of Blueberry Vodka Lemonade! Prefer a mocktail, just omit the vodka. Cheers!
