- ½ cup chopped sweet onion
- 1/3 cup salsa
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbs. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbs. dry mustard
- 3 slices bacon

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- In a 2-quart baking dish, combine baked beans, onion, salsa, brown sugar, vinegar and mustard, until blended.
