You know how much I love making dinner easy midweek and letting the slow cooker do the work and this week is no different. Slow Cooker Garlic Cola Chicken slowly cooks to tender perfection making a sweet and flavorful sauce, with a touch of spice, as it simmers.
Happy hour this week is definitely tasty when it includes a glass of Raspberry Vodka Lemonade.
Blueberry Scones sweeten your weekend brunch. A ginger glaze is the crowning glory.

Monday
Creamy Tomato Basil Pasta cooks in one pot, including the pasta. A secret ingredient makes this sauce creamy and delicious!
Tuesday
Cheddar Potato Soup is filled with fresh veggies and a hint of bacon. This creamy soup is made without cream!
Wednesday
Midweek has arrived and it's time to get the crockpot out. Our saucy Slow Cooker Garlic Cola Chicken can be served on crusty rolls, with rice or even over pasta!
Thursday
Turkey Burgers take on a Greek flair and are flavored with oregano and feta cheese and topped with a homemade Tzatziki Sauce. Cook them on the grill, on your stovetop or under the broiler.
Friday
Lemon Dijon Cod forms its own sauce as it cooks in the skillet. Serve with rice or noodles and drizzle with the lemony mustard sauce!
Dessert of the Week
One bowl and a wooden spoon are all you'll need to get the ingredients for this Chocolate Banana Bread ready for the oven! Cocoa powder and chocolate chips give it a rich chocolate flavor.
Brunch Recipe
Blueberry Scones with a ginger glaze are easy to make and are "berry" delicious. Make them with raspberries or mixed berries too!
Sunday Supper
I grew up with a big pasta dinner for Sunday supper and this Best Ever Meat Sauce brings back delicious childhood memories. Serve with your favorite pasta and a fresh Cucumber Salad.
