So now that you know, here's the routine. You can make one recipe, two recipes, or make all of the recipes in the weekly meal plan!
These meal plans are here to help you get through the week with as much or as little help as you need.
So, however many recipes you decide to make, I'm happy that you're here!
This week's recipes include a Meatless Monday Black Bean Burger with a Cilantro Lime Sauce, Stuffed Taco Bread for Taco Tuesday and Pesto Minestrone Soup.
If you are doing fish on Friday, or just love seafood, either way you won't want to miss this Glazed Salmon With Pistachio Butter.
Whipped Dalgona Coffee will perk you up. Add a shot of Kahlua and make it a happy hour cocktail.

Monday
Meatless Monday just got delicious with our Black Bean Burgers and Cilantro Lime Sauce. Serve with Parmesan Potato Wedges and you're all set!
Tuesday
If you know me well, you know I love to change it up on Taco Tuesday and this week is no different. Stuffed Taco Bread is this week's twist on a taco! All the filings of a taco are baked on french bread!
Wednesday
Homemade Minestrone Soup is bursting with flavor when you stir in a dollop of pesto! Top with lots of cheese and savor every spoonful.
Thursday
It's Thursday, and it's time to let the slow cooker get dinner ready for you. Layers of flavor cook in cheesy Chicken Enchiladas in your crockpot. Serve with a green leaf salad tossed with a Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette.
Friday
Honey Glazed Salmon Fillets are brushed with a honey orange glaze and served with homemade pistachio butter!
Dessert of the Week
Blueberry Poundcake starts with a cake mix. Sour cream makes the cake moist and a citrus lemon glaze is the finishing touch of flavor.
Brunch Recipe
Egg Muffins are filled with cheese, quinoa, fresh veggies and basil. Make them ahead and heat them in the microwave for a quick grab-and-go breakfast.
Sunday Supper
New on the blog, Air Fryer Rotisserie Chicken is this week's Sunday supper. No air fryer? No worries, I give you oven directions too. Loaded Cauliflower Casserole is a comfort food side dish.
Drink of the Week
Whipped Dalgona Coffee can be served hot, iced and even as a cocktail with a shot of Kahlua.
