- 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted*
- 1 cup rainbow sprinkles
- 20 scoops ice cream

- Dip rims of waffle bowls in melted white chocolate*, then in rainbow sprinkles.
- Let stand until white chocolate has set. You can place in refrigerator for about 10 minutes to speed up the process.
