When it's too hot to light the fire and grill up those marshmallows for S'mores, the next best thing is a bowl of S'mores Ice Cream.

And yes, our homemade ice cream is made without an ice cream maker and without a campfire!

Heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk are the base for a refreshing summer frozen treat. A no churn ice cream that so easy to make!

    It's a win-win solution to craving a s'mores and keeping cool!

I love the creaminess of milk chocolate and highly recommend milk chocolate candy bars for this recipe. Chocolate chips, either mini or regular size, will also make a good chocolate stir in.

Graham crackers chopped into small pieces work very well but if you want to up the fun you can make this with teddy graham pieces. The kids will love that for sure!

Now here’s an idea!  Spread some homemade s’mores ice cream between two cookies or brownies and you’ll have yourself a s’mores ice cream sandwich! Yeah baby, now we're talking!

Here's another fun idea! Make our no churns'mores ice cream recipe and serve it at your next ice cream bar party!

And when  you can't get enough s'mores, our s'mores dessert pudding will help with that!
