- Arrange chicken thighs in roasting pan or baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp. kosher salt and garlic powder.
- Combine tomatoes, panko, Parmesan, 3 Tbs. olive oil and remaining 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning and remaining 1/2 tsp. kosher salt. Spoon tomato mixture over chicken. Drizzle with remaining 1 Tbs. olive oil.
- Bake 45 minutes or until topping is golden and chicken is cooked through and meat thermometer registers 165F.
