As with all meal plans, Weekly Meal Plan 7 is filled with five weekday meals, a dessert of the week, weekend brunch recipe, a drink recipe, Sunday supper meal and a bonus recipe.

Each meal plan is filled with recipe suggestions for five easy weekday meals, a dessert of the week along with a brunch recipe, Sunday supper and a beverage too!
This week's recipes include Air Fryer Sausage and Peppers that cooks in just 20 minutes, Baked Parmesan Meatballs can be served with a tossed salad one night and leftovers become Meatball Sandwiches for lunch.
Ravioli Bites are baked in the oven and served with a dipping sauce either as an appetizer for the big game or as an easy dinner that can be served with garlic bread.
Midweek calls for a quick and easy dinner and One Pot Chili With Rice is just that!
Tuscan meatloaf teams up with air fryer zucchini fries for a delicious Sunday Supper.
With Valentine's Day this week, you can make our easy no-bake Cake Pops for dessert for your loved ones.

Monday

Tuesday
