Weekly Meal Plan 19
If you are new here to my meal plans, welcome! Here's a quick overview of our Meal Plan format.
Each meal plan is filled with recipe suggestions for five easy weekday meals, a dessert of the week along with a brunch recipe, Sunday supper and a beverage too!
These meal plans are here to help you get through the week with as much or as little help as you need.
So now that you know, here's the routine.
You can make one recipe, two recipes, or make all of the recipes in the weekly meal plan!
So, however many recipes you decide to make, I'm happy that you're here!
Meatless Monday is all about a plant-based General Tso's Cauliflower recipe. So saucy and delicious!
One Pot Spaghetti with Meat Sauce makes pasta night easy. The pasta and the homemade sauce all cook together in one skillet. You're welcome!
In honor of the Kentucky Derby, you can sip on Pomegranate Lime Mint Julep Punch! So refreshing!
Sheet Pan recipes are gaining in popularity again so let's jump on that trend with a Sheet Pan Jalapeno Chicken recipe that includes potatoes and green beans too!
You won't want to pass up Blueberry Biscuits with a lemon glaze, the newest recipe on the blog.
It's still chilly here in Jersey so I'm looking forward to a bowl of Thai Noodle Soup this week. This soup is bursting with fresh vegetables and lots of flavor!
And that's not all! Scroll down for more meal plan suggestions and don't forget the printable Swirls of Flavor Grocery List and fill in the ingredients you need to shop for.

Monday
All the makings of that classic Chinese chicken take-out recipe but made with cauliflower for a Meatless Monday dinner, you're going to love General Tso's Cauliflower!
Tuesday
Jalapeno, lime and fresh ginger make every forkful of Sheet Pan Chicken and Vegetables irresistible!
Wednesday
Homemade meat sauce cooks in the same pot as the spaghetti for an easy to make and easy to clean up dinner! Serve a tossed salad with One Pot Spaghetti and Meat Sauce and you're all set.
Thursday
Thai Noodle Soup is an easy homemade soup recipe that's flavored with rice noodles, fresh cilantro and lots of vegetables.
Friday
Who else is ready to fire up the grill? I'm so happy that burger season is back! Caprese Burgers are seasoned with sundried tomatoes and basil and topped with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, basil and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Now that's a flavorful burger!
Dessert of the Week
Oatmeal cookies are the cookie of my childhood. My mom loved baking homemade Cranberry Almond Oatmeal Cookies for me. I hope you enjoy her recipe as much as I do!
Brunch Recipe
The newest kid on the blog, this Blueberry Biscuits recipe was just published this week. A lemon glaze is the finishing touch on these fruit-filled biscuits.
Sunday Supper
Coffee Rubbed Steaks, Twice Baked Cheddar Potatoes and a creamy Old Fashioned Pea Salad are what Sunday dinners are all about this week. Lots of deliciousness for sure!
Drink of the Week
In honor of the Kentucky Derby, Pomegranate Lime Mint Julep Punch is a twist on the traditional Kentucky Derby Bourbon cocktail and is ideal to serve when you have a get together.
Bonus Recipe
Cooking bacon in the oven has never been so easy. A fool proof way to cook bacon every time. You're welcome!
