The special Dad in your life will love his Father’s Day steak perfectly seasoned with the flavors of espresso, brown sugar for a little balance and sweetness, ancho chile pepper for a bit of a kick and smoked paprika for a hint of smokiness. Ingredients
- 2 Tbs. instant espresso granules or instant coffee powder
- 2 Tbs. packed dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp. ancho chile pepper
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 4 boneless beef shell steaks

Instructions
- Combine espresso granules, brown sugar, ancho chile pepper, paprika, garlic powder and kosher salt.
- Rub both sides of steaks with the rub and let stand 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile brush grill grates with oil and preheat grill for direct heat grilling.
- Grill steaks until desired doneness, turning once.
