    Grilled Chicken Milanese Recipe

Chicken Milanese, “in the style of Milan”, typically is a chicken cutlet that’s been coated in a Parmesan, lemon and breadcrumb coating and topped with greens. I’ve lightened up this traditional Milanese style chicken for summer by seasoning and grilling the chicken and then topping it with baby greens tossed in a homemade Lemon & Fresh Basil Vinaigrette and sprinkled with shredded Parmesan.

There are so many fresh summer flavors in every bite of our grilled chicken Milanese that, trust me, you won’t miss the breaded coating! So let’s fire up the grill because it’s time for our fabulously delicious Chicken Breasts Milanese!

Ingredients you will need to make this recipe

    • chicken breasts
    • kosher salt

    • fresh basil
    • lemon juice
    • lemon zest
    • honey
    • baby greens
    • orange and/or red grape tomatoes
    • shredded Parmesan cheese
