And now the holiday season is in full swing and I am totally stressing out. Are you with me?
Between work, holiday shopping, entertaining, and life in general, it is a crazy busy time of year.
Enter in my One Pot recipes.
I am so thankful for this batch of recipes that I just love creating for you and for my family.
Have I mentioned that my daughters-in-law, all busy working moms, make my one pot recipes for my grandkids and everyone is happy and tummies are full.
The kids eat them up, the moms don't have to stress over cooking with lots of pots and pans, and a busy evening is made less stressful and more delicious.
Last week I was at my oldest son Bill's house to carry on our tradition of decorating a gingerbread house with my granddaughters Brenda and Cori.
Before setting up all the candy to decorate our gingerbread house (I always bring lots and lots of candy!), we ate dinner.
Much to my delight my daughter-in-law Sydney made my One Pot Mexicali Bowtie Pasta recipe for dinner.
While eating our bowls of pasta my granddaughters began talking about the One Pot recipes on my blog and knew the names of so many of the recipes.
I was truly impressed!
And I'm so happy that my little loves know and enjoy eating my recipes because, after all, my passion is all about bringing family, and friends, together around the table with my recipes.
I'd say, mission accomplished!
Trust me when I tell you, One Pot Spaghetti With Meat Sauce is a perfect dinner for a busy night.
Pasta and meat sauce cook together in the same pot in less than 30 minutes.
With just one pot, dinner is on the table in no time at all!
Add garlic bread and a salad and you'll have yourself a restaurant-style meal in your own home on a busy evening.
Oh, and I must acknowledge that my granddaughter Brenda was my helper on the photo shoot for this recipe. She was the best assistant I could have asked for. And she was also my taste tester and gave this recipe a thumbs up!
