- Top each with half of the pumpkin sweet cream.
- If desired, sprinkle with additional pumpkin pie spice or ground cinnamon
Swirls of Flavor Recipe Tips
- You can easily make just one serving of Starbucks pumpkin cream cold brew by halving the recipe
- Be sure to use pure pumpkin puree and not pumpkin pie filling when making the cold foam
- Sprinkle the cold foam with additional pumpkin spice or with ground cinnamon
- Want to add extra flavor and sweetness? Stir in Spiced Sugar from Souffle Bombay or sprinkle some on top of the cold foam!
Substitutions
- You can substitute pure maple syrup for the vanilla syrup
- Brown sugar syrup can also be used in place of the vanilla syrup
- Half and half can be used to replace both the heavy cream and the milk, however, the foam won't froth up as thick with half and half
