Kale chips are truly a great way to satisfy your craving for crisp savory chips with a fraction of the fat of regular potato chips.
You can even add optional seasonings for a different flavor every time you make these crispy kale chips. Scroll down for some of my favorite flavor suggestions!
Be sure to use curly kale, not baby kale for this recipe. Baby kale is too delicate. Curly kale is sturdier and firmer and best for making kale chips.
You can use a bunch of kale and trim it or save time and buy a bag of packaged cut up kale.
So put that movie on and get ready to snack on the best air fryer kale chips!
