Air Fryer Pasta Chips
By now I'm sure that you've heard, and seen, the latest Tik Tok pasta chips recipe that has gone viral.
Air Fryer Pasta Chips have taken over the internet as the most popular new snack.
Cooked pasta air fries into irresistible bites of deliciousness and crispy perfection.
Trust me, once you start eating air fried pasta you won't be able to stop. That's what happened to me and I'm not sorry.
I gave these pasta chips an Italian flavor with a seasoning blend of parmesan cheese, garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
You can easily change the flavor profile and use taco seasoning, chili powder and cumin, Greek seasoning, smoked paprika and more. The possibilities are endless.
Pesto Mayo is my favorite dipping sauce for these crispy chips but a marinara sauce, pizza sauce, pesto or your favorite sauce will all be delicious too.
Oh, and if you don't happen to have an air fryer, I have oven directions for you too. Just scroll down for directions on how to make pasta chips in the oven.

Best shape pasta for pasta chips
Small pasta will not work well in this recipe. Be sure to use medium-sized pasta such as:
- bowtie pasta
- penne
- rigatoni
- rotini
- ziti
Substitutions
- You can substitute a similar size and shape pasta, such as farfalle pasta or penne pasta, for the rigatoni. As you can see, I made this crunchy snack with both rigatoni and bow tie pasta.
- Use dried basil or dried oregano in place of dried Italian seasoning
- Add a mexican flavor and use taco seasoning instead of italian seasoning
- Gluten-free pasta or whole wheat pasta can be used to make the pasta chips
