Air Fryer Pasta Chips Recipe

This viral TikTok recipe is easy to make with simple ingredients in the air fryer. I also have oven directions for you if you prefer baking them in the oven.

  • Cook the pasta according to package directions for al dente then drain and pat off any excess water. You should have about 2 cups of cooked pasta.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400F.
  • In a mixing bowl combine the cooked pasta, parmesan cheese, olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and kosher salt tossing until evenly coated.
  • Arrange the pasta in the air fryer basket. The pasta can overlap slightly. You may have to cook the pasta chips in batches depending on the size of your air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 8 minutes or until the pasta is golden and crispy, stirring halfway through air frying.

Oven Directions
No air fryer? No worries! You can easily make these pasta chips in the oven. Just follow these directions:
  • Cook pasta until al dente then drain and pat off excess water.
  • Preheat oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl combine cooked pasta, parmesan cheese, olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and kosher salt and toss until evenly coated.
  • Arrange the pasta in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
