Each meal plan is filled with recipe suggestions for five easy weekday meals, a dessert of the week along with a brunch recipe, Sunday supper and a beverage too!
These meal plans are here to help you get through the week with as much or as little help as you need.
So now that you know, here's the routine.
You can make one recipe, two recipes, or make all of the recipes in the weekly meal plan!
So, however many recipes you decide to make, I'm happy that you're here!

Meatless Monday and squash season collide with Butternut Squash Enchiladas. Quinoa adds protein and spinach and cheese round out this vegetarian casserole.
Do you agree with me that the most fun way to serve tacos is our Beef Taco Bowls filled with ground beef and your favorite taco toppings? Yes, this twist on the traditional taco is definitely the most fun!
Heat up the oven for Baked Parmesan Meatballs. Serve them with pasta, on a toasted roll or with a side of garlic bread.
Continuing with apple cider cocktails, this week's Apple Cider Fireball is a blend of apple cider, cranberry juice, Fireball whiskey and a drizzle of caramel. Cheers!
Ghost Brownies will get you in the Halloween spirit. Homemade brownies are topped with whipped topping and sugar eyes.

Monday
Roasting the squash first gives it a caramelized flavor that adds a delicious note to this vegetarian enchilada recipe. Who knew Meatless Monday could taste so good?
Tuesday
As if tacos couldn't get more fun, enter Taco Cups! Tortillas bake into crispy taco bowls. Add a saucy beef filling and top with Jalapeno Peach Salsa and your favorite taco toppings. broth.
Wednesday
A classic, Breaded Chicken Cutlets, pairs well with Lemon Mint Sugar Snap Peas and your favorite greens tossed with Honey Lime Dressing.

One of my favorite dinners, Meatballs Parmesan, bakes into saucy cheesy goodness in the oven.
Friday
I always love making Friday night food fun and Pretzel Crusted Chicken Tenders are definitely fun food with their pretzel "breading"! Add a buffalo ranch dipping sauce and enjoy!
Dessert of the Week
Don't be frightened when these Ghost Brownies are looking right at you with their sugar eyes and mini chocolate chip mouths!
Brunch Recipe

Tacos can be sweet too! Apple Pie Tacos are seasoned with cinnamon sugar and filled with apple pie filling. Topped off with whipped topping and a drizzle of caramel sauce, tacos never tasted so good!
