- In a small bowl combine mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese until blended.
- Arrange chicken on a baking sheet with low sides.
- Top the chicken with the parmesan mixture and sprinkle with the bread crumbs.
- Bake until the herb crust is golden brown, about 20 minutes, or until cooked through and the internal temperature is 165F.

You can easily make chicken cutlets with this recipe. Chicken cutlets are chicken breasts that have been sliced to be thinner.
- Slice the chicken breasts in half lengthwise to form 8 thin pieces of chicken and then follow the recipe.
- You can also use just two chicken breasts that you slice into 4 chicken cutlets to still serve four people.
- You may need to reduce the cooking time to 15 minutes.
