    Iceberg Wedge Salad

They say what goes around comes around and the Iceberg Wedge Salad With Creamy Dressing is back! This classic wedge salad is showing up everywhere now so I’m going retro today and returning to my childhood.

When I first discovered my love of cooking my parents let me cook dinner for them once a week, and boy oh boy, was I ever thrilled about that! I felt like such a grown up cooking the family dinner when I was just eleven years old!

One of the simplest and most delicious recipes I learned to make was this Creamy Dressing that tastes amazing with iceberg lettuce.

Made with just a few basic ingredients that you’ll most definitely have on-hand, you can whip it up in a quick minute.

Back in the day, when iceberg was the only lettuce around, an Iceberg Lettuce Wedge With Creamy Dressing was the perfect accompaniment to our home-cooked family dinner.

I’ve updated the wedge with chopped heirloom tomatoes but it still takes me back in time to a wonderful place!
