The BLT Sandwich is an all-American classic comfort food loved by everyone.
With the steamy hot days of summer arriving it's time to cool things off a bit so I've combined the flavors of a BLT in a refreshing chopped BLT salad recipe.
Simply toss bacon, lettuce and tomatoes in my homemade mayonnaise salad dressing and you'll be tasting BL&T in every bite and you'll be staying cool as a cucumber too!

- In small bowl combine mayonnaise, sour cream, chives, dill, vinegar, garlic powder and kosher salt. Stir until blended.
- In large serving bowl toss chopped lettuce, tomatoes, bacon bits and half of salad dressing until evenly coated. Serve with remaining salad dressing.
