Each meal plan is filled with recipe suggestions for five easy weekday meals, a dessert of the week along with a brunch recipe, Sunday supper and a beverage too!
These meal plans are here to help you get through the week with as much or as little help as you need.
So now that you know, here's the routine.
You can make one recipe, two recipes, or make all of the recipes in the weekly meal plan!
So, however many recipes you decide to make, I'm happy that you're here!

Have you ever grilled avocados? Just a slight warming from the grill makes these Grilled Avocados so soft and creamy. Top them with a homemade Mango Salsa and your tastebuds will be dancing!
Sunday supper this week is a classic with a touch of summer. Breaded Chicken and Green Beans Parmesan add a traditional touch and Blueberry Peach Orzo is a nod to summer.
Frozen Blueberry Yogurt Cups are a refreshing summer dessert. Made with crunchy granola and a pop of citrus, these frozen treats make a delicious snack too!

Monday
Marinate chicken in Honey Mustard Dressing for a flavorful chicken dinner. Fire up the grill, or saute the chicken on your stovetop, and serve with a Tomato Onion Salad and Potato Wedges.
Tuesday
It's Taco Tuesday! Time to make your favorite tacos and top them with a dollop of Jalapeno Cream Cheese Dip. You can also serve the jalapeno dip with tortilla chips as an appetizer before your taco dinner.
Wednesday
Skillet Salmon is seasoned with spices and topped with a fresh grapefruit salsa flavored with jalapeno, lime and cilantro. Oh yum!
Thursday
Pesto Pasta Salad can be served on its own as a vegetarian pasta dish or topped with your favorite protein for a heartier meal.
Friday
Make it into a sandwich, top some pasta or serve with rice, any way you serve it Air Fryer Sausage and Peppers will be a favorite dinner tonight.
Dessert of the Week
This frozen no-bake dessert makes a good snack or even breakfast on the run too! Three citrus flavors, Greek yogurt, blueberries and granola make our Blueberry Yogurt Cups nutritious and delicious too!
