Each meal plan is filled with recipe suggestions for five easy weekday meals, a dessert of the week along with a brunch recipe, Sunday supper and a beverage too!
These meal plans are here to help you get through the week with as much or as little help as you need.
So now that you know, here's the routine.
You can make one recipe, two recipes, or make all of the recipes in the weekly meal plan!

An Apple Cheddar Chicken Salad is a cool dinner on a hot and humid summer evening.
Summer tacos are best when they're cooked on the grill. Fish Tacos With Mango Pico de Gallo are filled with summer flavors.

Monday
A homemade Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette flavors your Apple Cheddar Chicken Salad dinner tonight. A cool main dish salad is perfect for a summertime dinner.
Tuesday
When Taco Tuesday happens in the summer it's time to fire up the grill. Grilled Fish Tacos are topped with a summery Mango Pice de Gallo.
Wednesday
It's hump day and time to make dinner easy on yourself. It's time for a BLT PImento Cheese Sandwich paired with a Broccoli Crunch Salad.
Thursday
Don't turn on the oven tonight. Keep cool and make Buffalo Chicken in the slow cooker. Serve the shredded buffalo chicken on buns with cole slaw, over rice or with pasta.
Friday
Pizza and Fridays go hand in hand. Stuffed with ground beef, pepperoni and three cheeses, this Pizza Bread is a Friday night favorite!
Dessert of the Week
All the kids, big and little, will love a Homemade Ice Cream Sandwich. Make them with M&M cookies and your favorite ice cream flavors rolled in fun toppings.
Brunch Recipe
Stir the ingredients together in one bowl and bake! Best Ever Banana Bread is easy to make, flavorful with a hint of cinnamon, tender and moist.
Sunday Supper
With strawberry season in full swing, I can't think of a better time to serve Chicken With Strawberry Salsa. Basil, fresh strawberries and pineapple are the perfect fruity topping for grilled chicken. Serve with a Grilled Romaine Salad!
Drink
Frozen drinks are so refreshing at summer happy hours and Watermelon Frose is just that and so delicious too! Cool off with a slushy beverage!
