Easy Salsa Dip

What do you do when it’s Cinco de Mayo and you need to make a quick appetizer to start your fiesta?

You make a simple sour cream and salsa dip that will taste so delicious you’ll wish it was a bottomless bowl.

Add in taco seasoning for a kick of flavor and lime juice and zest for that tangy citrus note and you’re all set.

Now you can serve it just like that, with the four easy ingredients of sour cream, salsa, taco seasoning and lime, and trust me, your taste buds will be oh so happy.

Add a colorful and tasty garnish of chopped tomato, scallion and cilantro on top, for the crowning glory.

Try serving the tortilla chips in brown paper bags. It will be fun and festive when everyone gets their personal bag of chips!

Decorations for a Cinco de Mayo party

Cinco de Mayo calls for a fiesta! And every fiesta needs decorations and brght colors.

Start with hanging this Taco About A Party Banner (this makes me crack up every time!), add a colorful Serepe Plastic Tablecloth, or this set of hand woven serape table runners in fextive colors (or both!) and these adorable Fiesta Paper Striped Party Straws with Tacos, Sombreros and more on them.

A taco serving plate with all the sections is an ideal way to serve your taco recipe and all your favorite toppings and be sure to don your let’s taco about it t-shirt (again, cracking up here!) and let the fiesta begin!

Love a Happy Hour cocktail when you fiesta? Why not give The California Wine Club’s Premier Series, the most popular of all the clubs  a try and have wine delivered right to your doorstep!
