Raspberry Nectarine Smoothie Bowl
2 cups frozen raspberries
1 container (5.3 ounces) raspberry Greek yogurt
3 Tbs. almond milk
1 Tbs. honey
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 banana, sliced
1/2 nectarine, sliced
1/4 cup granola
2 Tbs. flax seeds
2 Tbs. sliced almonds
2 Tbs. flaked coconut, toasted
Smoothie: Puree frozen raspberries, yogurt, banana, nectarine, almond milk and honey in blender until smooth. Transfer to two bowls, dividing evenly.
Toppings: Top each bowl with fresh raspberries, sliced banana, sliced nectarine, granola, flax seeds, almonds and coconut, dividing evenly between bowls. Drizzle with additional honey, if desired.
Makes 2 servings/2 cups smoothie mixture + toppings.
