With the popularity and simplicity of my One Pot recipes I've created yet another quick and easy dinner for you!
Our pizza pasta recipe is just that, pasta cooked with pepperoni slices, pizza sauce and diced tomatoes with a cheesy mozzarella topping!
Pepperoni pizza pasta has all the flavors of pepperoni pizza in a bowl of pasta with just 5 ingredients + water!
I know for sure that the kids are going to love this dinner because it was tasted tested and approved by my little granddaughter Emma.
She bellied up to the kitchen island, took a taste and gave it her approving nod on her first bite and she even asked for seconds!

How to make pepperoni pasta

- In large skillet with tall sides, preferably non-stick, combine pasta, water, diced tomatoes with their juices, pizza sauce and pepperoni.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Boil 12-14 minutes or until pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally.
- Top with mozzarella cheese.
Recipe Tips
- Be sure that your skillet has tall sides so that all of the ingredients fit.
- Add the diced tomatoes with all their juices. There's lots of flavor in that tomato liquid.
Substitutions
- You can use your favorite shredded cheese instead of shredded mozzarella
- Dicd tomatoes with garlic and seasonings can replace diced tomatoes with basil and oregano
