I used brown sugar for an added depth of flavor and stirred in creamy roasted garlic for an extra boost of flavor, because that’s just how I roll.
In just minutes you can make air fryer roasted garlic and add that sweet caramelized garlic flavor to your homemade bread.
Brown sugar adds a slight molasses sweetness but you can easily substitute granulated sugar for sure.
I made this beer bread with self-rising flour and that makes this no yeast bread a cinch to make.
Don’t have self-rising flour? No worries, you can make your own self-rising flour with just three ingredients. Scroll down for the proportions below.
As much as I love kneading bread (yes, I find kneading bread dough very soothing and therapeutic) the simplicity of the ingredients of this quick bread, along with not having to do any kneading, make it a truly easy no yeast bread recipe.
