Easy Homemade Bread
Making homemade bread doesn’t get any easier than this. No yeast is involved in the making of this bread.
So you don’t have to wait for your bread dough to rise. Just combine ingredients and bake. Easy peasy.
Bread made without yeast does have a different texture than bread made with yeast. It has a denser texture, much like that of Irish soda bread. It makes a great toast and is also delicious with a schmear of butter.
You might want to drizzle some Hot Honey over a sliced of toasted bread. OMG, now that would be a taste of heaven!

Great and Easy bread!
Ann
On a rainy, unusually warm Covid day in GA I decided to try the Bread and the pickled onions this afternoon. Both were easy and the bread looks beautiful as it’s cooling on the rack. Will see if it managed to stay intact till dinner!

This bread won't last a week because it doesn't have any added preservatives. You can easily freeze it to use at a later time. To freeze, first let the bread cool completely. Then wrap the bread tightly in plastic wrap first, then wrap it in foil and freeze.

Your cheese bread recipes were easy to make and so delicious. I made two separate batches of the basic cheese bread recipe. In the first bowl I grated one cup of fresh white extra sharp cheddar cheese and in the second bowl I grated one cup of fresh Asiago cheese. I cooked an entire package of bacon and crumbled about half in each bowl. The batter was very sticky so I sprinkled a little flour over them and on my hands so I could remove them from the bowls and hand-spread them in the pans. I only had one loaf pan so I used a small round springform pan for the second loaf. The recipe calls for baking 45 minutes but since I was baking two at the same time I added about 10-15 minutes which was a perfect length of time. Prior to baking I grated a little more cheese and sprinkled a little bacon on top of each batter as suggested and the tops were crusty and a lovely rich brown color and they had risen nicely. The breads took about an hour and a half from start to finish and were perfect and my son, grandson, and I loved them. I guess you could butter them if you like, but we enjoyed them just the way they came out of the oven. The aroma of freshly baked bread made my house smell like a bakery! I will definitely be making these again! Thanks for the quick and easy recipes GG!
