Ramen Noodle Salad Recipe
Simply make a sesame ginger dressing and soak the ramen noodles until they begin to soften.
Then stir in the remaining ingredients, cole slaw mix, radishes, scallion and cilantro and serve.
Cole slaw mix makes this recipe even easier to make since you don’t have to slice up the cabbages and carrots. Just open the bag and stir in.
Yes, you do need to slice up the radishes and scallions but is that too much too ask?
Oh, and pinch off the cilantro leaves. You don’t even have to chop the cilantro leaves. Oh my, so so easy, right?
You can let the ramen noodles soak for as long or as short as you want. The longer you soak them the softer they will become.
And if you prefer crunchy ramen noodles then soak them for just enough time until they begin to absorb the dressing.
Adding in the cole slaw mix creates an Asian slaw complimented with the ramen noodles.
This Asian ramen noodle salad will quickly become a family favorite those eating it because of this amazing flavor and for the cook who doesn’t have to cook anything to make it! You’re welcome!
You can serve this pasta salad as a side dish or make it a main dish.
Simply top with cooked chicken, beef or shrimp and you’ll have a main dish pasta salad.
