You can still make this recipe if you don’t have an air fryer but it will take more time to roast your garlic in the oven.
The air fryer just roasts the garlic in much less time than the oven takes. And who doesn’t love that?
So once the heads of garlic are roasted you will have a flavored garlic spread in mere minutes.
The sweet and caramelized flavor of the roasted garlic cannot be topped.
Roasting garlic adds a dimension of flavor that will delight your tastebuds.
Just squeeze those soft and creamy cloves of garlic out of the head of garlic and mash them.
Then stir that deliciousness together with butter, rosemary and cracked black pepper. Easy peasy!
You can stop there and you’ll have amazing garlic spread with bits of roasted garlic throughout or you can take it one step further.
An immersion blender will combine the butter into a smoother creamy flavorful mixture.
Either way, you’ll want to make garlic butter all the time because it’s so easy to make and so delicious to eat!
