Hamilton Beach’s Stack and Snap 10-cup Food Processor is the best way to whirl up this flavorful dip. Hamilton Beach was kind enough to send me a Stack and Snap to try and let me tell you…..I love it! From it’s little suction-cup feet all the way up to it’s easy to use snap top, there’s a lot to love about the Stack and Snap! Creamy Almond Pesto Dip
1 cup sliced almonds, toasted
4 cups packed fresh basil leaves, 4 ounces
1 clove garlic
8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. grated lemon zest
2 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
1. In food processor, puree almonds, basil leaves and garlic until finely chopped and almost smooth.
2. Add cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, Kosher salt and lemon zest. Process until smooth.
3. Transfer to serving dish. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and serve with your favorite dippers!
Makes 3 1/2 cups.
