  • Combine espresso or coffee, milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice in a blender and puree until creamy and blended.
  • Fill two glasses with ice and pour the coffee mixture over the ice.
  • If desired, top with whipped cream, sprinkle with additional pumpkin pie spice or drizzle with pumpkin syrup.
