Instructions
Combine espresso or coffee, milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice in a blender and puree until creamy and blended.
Fill two glasses with ice and pour the coffee mixture over the ice.
If desired, top with whipped cream, sprinkle with additional pumpkin pie spice or drizzle with pumpkin syrup.
