Have you ever had the pleasure of a white castle experience? There's nothing quite like it. A white castle restaurant is an experience in and of itself!
If you have never had one of their burgers then you must try this easy casserole recipe!
Onion soup mix is a key ingredient in the flavor of these slider style burgers. The dried onions lend a distinct flavor to the ground beef mixture.
I use my homemade onion soup mix, because I like to control the salt, but you can easily use a packet of onion soup mix instead.
Dill pickle slices and cheese slices add to this flavorful and easy white castle casserole.
Hawaiian buns, with their tender crumb and hint of sweetness, replicate the white castle sliders that we know and love.
And these sliders definitely have a distinct taste that is addicting for sure.
