Peppermint Chocolate Cookies
I received products from sponsor companies for the creation of my Christmas Cookies Week recipes. All opinions are mine alone.
Butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar, cocoa powder and peppermint extract, along with a few other basic ingredients, are all you need to bake up our decadent chocolate cookies.
While the cookies are cooling on the cooling rack, crush the candy canes (I used a meat mallet but the edge of a heavy pot will work too) and melt some white chocolate chips until smooth and creamy.
Yes, I was tempted to lick the spoon, how about you?
After the cookies cool, dip them halfway into the melted chocolate, sprinkle with crushed candy cane pieces and return them back to the cooling rack to firm up.
How festive do these White Chocolate Peppermint Cookies look?
Almost too pretty to eat. Almost! But I’m not letting that stop me from indulging in their deliciousness.
