Chocolate Mudslide

This week's Happy Hour cocktail is indulgent, chocolaty and creamy enough to be dessert! You be the judge......sip on it during happy hour, after you dine or both! The typical Mudslide is made with Bailey's Irish Cream but I decided to take the flavor to the next level and use Godiva Chocolate Liqueur! For a double hit of chocolate goodness the vodka is chocolate too! Topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings there's no doubt that a Chocolate Mudslide can certainly pass for a decadent dessert! Cheers! 

Chocolate Mudslide

1/4 cup Kahlua coffee liqueur
1/4 cup chocolate vodka
1/4 cup Godiva chocolate liqueur
1/4 cup half & half
ice
whipped topping
chocolate shavings

1. Combine coffee liqueur, chocolate vodka, chocolate liqueur and half & half. Pour over ice.

2. Top with whipped topping and chocolate shavings.

Makes 2 servings.
