No need to get out the blender for this smoothie bowl! Just stir Greek yogurt, almond milk, cinnamon and honey together and top with granola and grapes….and don’t forget the extra drizzle of honey over the top! Both honey and cinnamon have been linked to reducing bad cholesterol among many other health benefits. So, I thought, why not combine the two with protein-rich Greek yogurt and top with antioxidant grapes for a powerhouse smoothie bowl to kick start your day? I’m looking forward to breakfast now!
Cinnamon Honey Smoothie Bowl
1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
1/4 cup vanilla almond milk
2 Tbs. honey + additional for drizzling
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 cup granola
1/2 cup red and/or green seedless grapes, halved lengthwise
1. Combine Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey and cinnamon.
2. Top with granola and grapes.
3. Drizzle with additional honey.
Makes 1 serving.
