Lemon Mint Mojito Mocktail
Made with simple ingredients, this easy mocktail will make your taste buds happy and quickly become your new favorite drink.
Lemon and mint are an ideal flavor combination for a refreshing mocktail.
Lemony and thirst quenching, you can also use lime juice for a more traditional citrus flavor.
Lemon-lime soda works well as does seltzer and lemon flavored seltzer!
When I use lemon-lime soda I call it a 7up mojito!
Fresh mint leaves really give you that summertime flavor and will transport you to thoughts of a warm tropical place.
I always recommend using fresh squeezed lemon juice but, if you must, bottled lemon juice will also taste good. But really, please go for the fresh citrus juice if you can!
So raise a glass filled with a delectable Mojito Mocktail, either on a hot summer day during the summer months or a chilly day in dry January, and let’s cheer to a delicious mocktail!

- Fill two glasses with ice cubes and pour the lemon mint mixture over the ice, dividing evenly between the two glasses.

- Garnish the mocktail with a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint and serve.
