Campari Tonic
Gin is replaced with the Campari for an Italian take on the gin and tonic cocktail. And it’s so easy to make with just two ingredients, plus ice and lime slices.
I find Campari, tonic and a twist of lime, with lots of ice, to be the perfect happy hour choice especially during the dog days of summer.
This Campari cocktail is actually quite irresistible on any and every warm summer evening!
You can also turn this recipe into a campari spritzer and top it off with sprakling water.
Campari and prosecco is a delicious combination too! Just replace the tonic with prosecco.
