Campari Tonic is a refreshing cocktail made with the Italian aperitif, tonic and lime. A delicious drink for your summer happy hours.

    Campari Tonic

    Campari Tonic

My go-to cocktail of the summer is the Campari Tonic, a refreshing, thirst-quenching twist on a gin and tonic.

Gin is replaced with the Campari for an Italian take on the gin and tonic cocktail. And it’s so easy to make with just two ingredients, plus ice and lime slices.

I find Campari, tonic and a twist of lime, with lots of ice, to be the perfect happy hour choice especially during the dog days of summer.

This Campari cocktail is actually quite irresistible on any and every warm summer evening!
