Mocha Latte Frappe
1 cup lowfat chocolate milk
1 Tbs. instant coffee granules
1 container (6 oz.) coffee yogurt
1 Tbs. flax or chia seeds
ice cubes
1. Combine chocolate milk and instant coffee granules, stirring until granules are dissolved.
2. In blender combine chocolate milk mixture, yogurt, flax or chia seeds and ice cubes. Puree until smooth.
Makes 2 cups.
