Root Beer Floats

Even when you're all grown up, deep down, you're still a kid at heart. This week's happy hour Root Beer Float will transport you back to your childhood......but it's just for the big kids! Don't forget the rainbow sprinkles and cherry on top!

Root Beer Floats

1 cup (8 oz.) root beer soda
3 Tbs. vanilla or root beer vodka*
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
whipped topping
rainbow sprinkles
maraschino cherry

1. In glass combine root beer soda, vodka and vanilla extract.

2. Top with ice cream, whipped topping, rainbow sprinkles and cherry!

Makes 1 serving.

*Also fabulously delicious with spiced rum!
