Lime-Scented Blueberry Pomegranate Ice Pops
1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries, from 1 pint
2/3 cup sugar
1 bottle (16 oz.) 100% pomegranate juice, such as POM Wonderful
1/4 cup lime juice
1. In blender combine blueberries and sugar until pureed.
2. Add pomegranate juice and lime juice. Pulse until just blended, 30 seconds-1 minute.
2. Fill eight (6 oz. each) ice pop molds.
3. Freeze 8 hours-overnight or until solid.
Makes 8 ice pops.
