Hot Dog Waffle Sliders

Mini Waffles & Cocktail Hot Dogs....Put them together and what do you have? Hot Dog Waffle Sliders! Add cheddar cheese and your favorite hot dog condiment.....ketchup, mustard or relish, or all three!.....and you can bake up these delish little guys in no time at all! Bake with just hot dogs and cheese and serve condiments as dipping sauces for your sliders. Great for your next party or a fun lunch for the kids...or the kid in you!

Hot Dog Waffle Sliders

24 frozen mini waffles (6 rounds, each with 4 minis attached together)
6 slices cheddar cheese
12 cocktail size hot dogs, halved lengthwise, but not cut completely through, to "butterfly"
ketchup, mustard and/or relish, optional

1. Preheat oven to 425F. Mini waffles come packaged together as four minis connected per round waffle. Keep mini waffles attached to bake. You will be using 6 round waffles, each with four minis connected.

2. Coat one side of each waffle round with cooking spray. Place three waffles rounds, sprayed side down, on baking pan.

3. Top each waffle round with one slice cheese, four hot dogs, condiment of your choice, if desired, and one slice cheese. Top with remaining waffle round, sprayed side up.

4. Bake 15 minutes, turning once.

5. Cut into mini waffles and serve!

Makes 12 sliders.
