How to make chicken and stuffing dinner
This is a quick overview of how to make this comfort food chicken recipe. Scroll down for the full recipe instructions and ingredient amounts in the recipe card below.

- Step 1: Melt butter in a skillet. Combine broth and flour and add to the skillet. Bring to a boil and boil for one minute until thickened; reserve.

- Step 2: In the same skillet, cook the celery, onion, apple and dried cranberries until just softened, stirring occasionally.

- 3 cups chicken broth divided
- 3 Tablespoons flour
- ½ cup chopped onion
- ½ cup chopped celery
- ¼ cup chopped apple

- Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
