Get Recipe Ingredients
Place onion and garlic in slow cooker. Top with corned beef.
Combine Guinness, brown sugar and mustard. Pour over corned beef.
Cook 7-8 hours on low or 3-4 hours on high. Remove corned beef from slow cooker.
Transfer liquid to saucepot. In small bowl, combine flour and 3 Tbs. cold water until smooth and blended and stir into saucepot. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer until slightly reduced and thickened, 5-7 minutes. Serve Guinness Reduction with corned beef.
