Instructions
Arrange chicken in bottom of slow cooker.
Combine brown sugar, black cherry soda, vinegar, soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic and red pepper flakes, stirring until blended. Pour over chicken.
Cook 7-8 hours on low or 3-4 hours on high.
Shred chicken and stir in cilantro,
Serve on slider rolls or burger rolls.
Notes
Makes 6 cups shredded chicken.
