Nutella Stuffed Cookies
Nutella, the beloved creamy decadent chocolate hazelnut spread, is nestled in the center of a bite size sugared heart and baked to perfection.
Preheat oven to 375F.
On lightly floured surface unroll one pie crust.
Using a 2-inch heart cutter, cut out 24 hearts.
Arrange hearts on baking sheet and place 1/2 teaspoon Nutella in center of hearts.
Unroll remaining pie crust and cut out 24 more hearts.
Brush edges of hearts on baking sheet with cold water and top with remaining hearts. Using a fork seal edges.
Brush tops of hearts with milk then sprinkle with sugar sprinkles.
Bake 12 minutes or until edges and bottoms are golden. Serve warm or cool on wire rack.
Makes 24 pie crust hearts.
