Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup diced mango
  • 1/2 cup diced pineapple
  • ½ cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup minced red onion
  • 1 jalapeno seeded and minced, about 2 Tbs.
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 Tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, stirring until blended.
  • Serve with tortilla chips, over cooked chicken beef or fish or in a salad.
